How to use
- Choose one or more images.
- Pick the rotation angle and the flip type if you want one.
- Press “Apply”, then download the result.
Rotating versus flipping
Rotating turns the image around its centre by a set angle. Flipping mirrors it: horizontal swaps left and right, vertical swaps top and bottom. You can combine both in one step.
Sideways phone photos
Phones sometimes store the shooting orientation in extra data inside the file, so the photo looks right in your gallery but sideways in another program. Rotating and saving it again fixes the orientation in the image itself.
Frequently asked questions
Does quality drop after rotation?
Rotating by multiples of 90 degrees does not distort the image, but saving as JPEG re-encodes it at 92% quality.
Can I rotate several images by the same angle?
Yes. The same settings apply to every selected image.
Does the file name change?
The word “rotated” is added to the original name and the original image stays on your device.
