How to use
- Click the dashed area or drag PDF files onto it (at least two).
- Reorder the files with the ▲ and ▼ buttons.
- Press “Merge files”, then “Download” when the result appears.
When do you need to merge PDFs?
Merging is common for applications that accept a single file, such as jobs, grants and visas, where a CV and certificates must be uploaded together. It also helps combine scanned pages that were captured in batches.
Tips for best results
Check the order before merging, because pages are added in the order of the list. Password-protected files cannot be read, so remove the protection first. If the result is too large you can split it later with the Split PDF tool.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Files are processed inside your browser and never sent to a server, so you can merge sensitive documents safely.
Is there a limit on the number of files?
There is no fixed limit. The practical limit depends on your device's memory, and very large files take longer.
Does merging change page quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, without re-compression, so quality and selectable text stay the same.
