How to use
- Choose one or more images.
- Set the upscale, sharpness and noise reduction, and keep auto-enhance on if you like.
- Press “Enhance quality”, compare the sizes, then download the result.
What does each step do?
Upscaling increases the image dimensions by smoothing the transition between pixels. Sharpness brings out the edges of details. Noise reduction softens grain in flat areas without blurring edges. Auto-enhance stretches the tonal range so dull colours look clearer.
Realistic expectations
If the original is very small or very blurry, upscaling will not bring back lost detail; it will just look smoother and a little sharper. The best results come from sound, medium-quality images that need a touch-up. Start with medium sharpness, because too much creates halos around edges.
Output size
A 4x upscale multiplies the number of pixels by 16, so large images get heavy and take time. The tool blocks results above 48 megapixels to keep the browser stable.
Frequently asked questions
Is this AI enhancement?
No. It is upscaling, smoothing, sharpening and contrast improvement with classic algorithms that run on your device, and it does not rebuild lost detail.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Everything is processed inside your browser.
What is a good setting for a dull phone photo?
Try 1x or 2x with sharpness 40–60, light noise reduction and auto-enhance on.
