How to use
- Type the link or text in the box.
- Choose the size, colours and error-correction level.
- Press “Download PNG” to save the code.
Error correction level
The higher the level, the better the code can be read despite scratches or dirt, but the more dense the squares become. Medium suits most uses, and higher levels suit printed codes in places exposed to damage.
Tips for a code that scans easily
Keep strong contrast between the code and the background, preferably a darker code on a lighter background. Do not invert the colours, and do not shrink the code too much when printing. Scan it with your phone before printing large quantities.
Frequently asked questions
Does the code expire?
No. The code carries the content itself and does not rely on an outside service, so it stays valid as long as the link it points to works.
Does it support Arabic text?
Yes. Text is encoded as UTF-8, so Arabic is read correctly by most QR readers.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. The code is created entirely in your browser.
